SHIPPING POLICY
AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched from Sydney with Auspost, we will let you know if there is any delay for dispatch either in the product description or via email/text, as some of our items are made to order. Once orders leave us, they are in the hands of Australia Post or any other trustworthy delivery service we use.
We track all items sent from Honeypaw Workshop to allow us to track items and ensure they get to you. We will email you the tracking code from Auspost once the order has dispatched.
Make sure to double check that your email and postal address is entered correctly at the checkout as we can not issue refunds or exchanges for items sent to incorrect addresses.
Important Notice:
Please note, that while we do our best to ensure your item is delivered safely to you, we can not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by Australia Post or any delivery service we use through ‘Safe Drop’ or with ‘Authority to leave’ or similar. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post or noted delivery service in your tracking notification dispatch email. If you have any issues with parcels that have been stolen on your property even when left in a location deemed to be ‘Safe’ by a courier we recommend getting the parcel delivered to an alternate or work address where you know someone will be there to receive your parcel.
Below gives you approximate delivery times, we cannot guarantee that the postal service will be able to deliver your order within these time frames if met with unprecedented circumstances.
New South Wales - 2 - 5 business days
Victoria, Queensland - 3 - 10 business days
Tasmania, South Australia - 5 - 14 business days
New Zealand, Northern Territory, Western Australia and islands adjacent to Australian states - 10 - 25 business days
Processing Times
For all prints and mugs, please allow up to 3 days before dispatch, as these items are carefully produced in-house.
Tracking
Please use your tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.
New Zealand
Please check Auspost for delivery estimates and then add 3 extra days onto this for handover from Auspost to your local delivery service. The parcel will tracking will sometimes stop giving updates when it’s transferred to the new delivery service in which we then give 10 business days for delivery before investigating for being lost in transit, this gives enough time for delivery service to get back to us in the status of your delivery so we can see if we need to resend the item.
If order has not been received
If your trackable order has not been received within 20 business days (except for NT and WA) please contact us by going to our contact page and we will track it down. Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we do not offer refunds on any orders that are incorrectly addressed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns - Note: You must pay for the postage cost for returns.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If damaged on arrival, please email our customer service via our contact page who will ask for a photo of the damaged product. This is so that they may issue a refund or post out a new product and contact the delivery service.

- Downloadable software or digital products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please be advised that refunds may take up to 18 days to complete. This timeframe accounts for up to 4 days for our system to process the refund, 10 days for Squarespace to transfer the funds to your bank, and an additional 4 days for the bank to finalise the transfer. While these processing times are beyond our control, we aim to keep you informed in advance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has not yet been received, please take the following steps:
Review your bank account again for any recent transactions.
Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take additional time to be officially posted.
Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays before the refund is reflected.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please reach out to us through our contact page and send the item to: Parcel Collect 10207 40050 64A Penshurst Street, Penshurst NSW 2222, Australia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping - Please note we DO NOT offer free returns, you will have to purchase your own postage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from honeypawworkshop.com, honwypawworkshop.com.au (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Orders and Payments
Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected of fraudulent activity.
If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.
Colours and Display
We make every effort to display colours accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or print processes. These variations do not qualify as faults.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.
My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
